How do I place an order for a specific date?

We have a calendar placed at check out. After you've added your desired products to the cart, you will be required to select whether you'd like pick up or delivery and then you can choose the date and time you want from the calendar.

Some dates are blocked off on the calendar. What does this mean?

Dates can appear as unavailable if we are fully booked or have taken time off. All of our products except the Levitating Bouquet Series can be picked up the day before your event. If your date is unavailable, you can try to see if the previous day is available for pickup/delivery.

Why are some dates blocked off for some products but are open for other products?

Some products require a larger lead time for us to be able to fulfill them. These products include the Levitating Bouquet Series and Individual Favour Boxes. We need a minimum 2 week's notice depending on availability. However, we always suggest booking your order a few months in advance to ensure availability.

Can I order something for same day delivery?

At the moment, all of our products are made to order, requiring at least 2 day's notice to guarantee that the order is made on time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately our products would not survive being shipped. The edible florals are made from buttercream frosting and need to be hand delivered. This is why we only serve local.

Why is delivery so expensive?

Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of our products, we need to personally deliver them to your door. Because of this, we can't use traditional delivery services.

Delivery is calculated based on distance from our pick up location. We charge $1.40 per km.

What is your delivery range?

We are located at Don Mills and York Mills in North York and we can deliver up to 200km away. Delivery is $1.40 per km

Why don't I see a pickup option for the Levitating Bouquet Series? I'd like to avoid the delivery fees.

Our staff are required to set up and take down the Levitating Bouquet. Therefore, pick up is not an option. It needs to be delivered by us to the venue on the day of the event. All other products can be picked up on the day of or day before the event.

Do you use jumbo or regular sized cupcakes?

Our Deluxe Bouquets are the only products that use jumbo sized cupcakes. All other Classic Standard Boxes and the Levitating Bouquet Series Products are made with regular sized cupcakes.

Are these cupcakes good for outdoors events?

Our cupcakes are frosted using buttercream frosting. They should be kept at room temperature away from direct sunlight in order to ensure the frosting does not melt. If it is super hot and sunny (above 25 degrees celsius), there is a chance that the buttercream frosting will melt. We do not recommend having our cupcakes for outdoors events during the summer but the cooler months should be fine. Please use your own discretion.

Can we pick up our cupcakes the day before our event?

Yes, most of our products (except the Levitating Bouquet Series) can be picked up the day before your event and they will be perfectly fine for the event.

If you'd like to pick up cupcakes the day before your event, you have to book the pick up/delivery date for the day you want to pick up. If you have booked your pick up/ delivery date for the day of your event, we may not be able to accommodate a last minute change for an early pick up if we are already fully booked for the previous date.

How do I store the cupcakes?

If you know the cupcakes will be consumed in the next 1-2 days, then you can store them in a cool dry area at room temperature. It's best to store them in an airtight container to keep them as soft and moist as possible for a longer period of time. However, if you will be consuming them for the next 3-4 days, please store them in the fridge to ensure they can stay fresh for a longer period of time. If you store them in the fridge, please wait until they are at room temperature to consume them again.

I refrigerated the cupcakes and they are not soft anymore. What do I do?

We use vanilla buttercream frosting. Buttercream frosting should be consumed at room temperature. Just like butter, it tends to harden in the fridge. If you refrigerate the cupcakes, please make sure you give them enough time to come back to room temperature before consuming.

Are the cupcakes halal?

Yes, the cupackes are halal! There is no Gelatin in our cupcakes.

Do you offer workshops and tutorials?

At this time, we do not. However, we do hope to in the near future! Keep a lookout for the announcement on our socials! :) For now, there are some downloadable PDF's of our recipes and some very helpful tips available that may get you started.
