Our individually wrapped cupcakes make for the most stunning edible floral gifts for your guests, beautifully placed in a clear showcase box with a customized sticker message.

Ingredients: Our cupcakes are made from scratch using high-quality ingredients. Ingredients may vary slightly based on flavour selection and dietary requirements, as listed in the following:

Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

• Butter
• Sugar
• Salt
• Pure vanilla extract
• Gel food colouring
• Vegan butter is used for vegan orders

Regular Sponge

• Butter
• Sugar
• Eggs
• All-purpose flour
• Baking powder
• Salt
• Kefir
• Vanilla extract

Additional Ingredients (Flavour-Dependent)

• Cocoa powder
• Blueberries
• Strawberry syrup
• Sugar sprinkles
• Nutella
• Oreos
• Lemon juice
• Espresso powder

Dietary Variations

• Gluten-Free: Made with gluten-free flour
• Eggless: Does not contain eggs
• Vegan: Made with oat milk and white vinegar instead of kefir, and vegan butter

CUSTOM COLOURS

Please upload your preferred colour scheme and we will try our best to match those colours. You can also include additional notes such as a customized sticker message in the special instructions box located in the cart. We will include our logo as the sticker message if we do not see a custom message come through. We only customize colours, not designs!

All shades EXCEPT black and metallics are accepted. Very deep shades may not be accepted. Deep shades may cause the frosting to become bitter. 

Made Fresh To Order

Our cupcakes are made fresh to order and feature:

• Up to 9 base flavours
• Finished with classic vanilla buttercream frosting

Baking Schedule

Our cupcakes are baked fresh in small batches to ensure the best quality and flavour.

• Cupcakes are baked 1–2 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date
• Cupcakes are frosted 1 day before pickup or delivery

Storage Instructions

• 1–2 days: Store at room temperature (recommended)
• 3–4 days: Refrigerate to maintain freshness.

Serving Instructions

Our cupcakes and frosting are butter-based, which means they should be enjoyed at room temperature for the best taste and texture.

• Do not consume cold — butter-based frosting and sponge will become hard and dense when chilled.
• Allow cupcakes to come to room temperature for at least 3-4 before serving so they are soft, moist, and flavourful.

How to Order

1. Add your desired boxes to the cart.
2. Use the Special Instructions box in the cart to include gift messages, delivery notes, and any additional notes for your order
3. Select your pickup or delivery date and time using the calendar.
4. Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Error Message (Important)

If you are located in the GTA or surrounding areas and see a message stating that delivery is unavailable, this is likely a system error—often caused by using Shop Pay.

✔️ Solution:
Check out as a guest instead. This usually resolves the issue and allows delivery fees to calculate correctly.

Changes/Cancellations

Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund.

Once an order is within 72 hours of pickup or delivery, ingredients and preparation are already in progress.

Cancellations made during this period are eligible for a 50% refund only.

A Note for Our International Customers

Our cupcakes cannot be shipped! All international orders will immediately be refunded. The only products that we have available internationally are our online video tutorials.
